Today was the first day of my summer vacation (I am a speech-language pathologist at a pre-school). I was searching through old photos and found these pictures of me, my sister, and mom on vacation in 1982 (dad was the photographer. He's good, huh?). It made me smile remembering how magical summer trips were for me as a child. I am anticipating the summer of 2010 will be a summer full of travel, family, friends, and romance. A summer with wonderful memories.

What great memories! I don't have a single picture from my childhood. I'm sure my parents have some, but they're too far away to reminisce.
